How do I check into a tournament?
Check-in opens 30 minutes before the tournament starts. On your dashboard, your enrollment card will show a CHECK IN button during the window. You must check in to participate.
What's the difference between Red Coins and White Coins?
Red Coins are purchased with real money and used to enter premium tournaments. White Coins are earned through gameplay and redeemed in the shop for items and digital codes.
How are placements verified?
For TFT tournaments, we automatically pull placements via your linked Riot account. Disputes can be filed within 24 hours of match completion if you believe a placement was recorded incorrectly.
When do I get my prize?
Digital prizes appear in your inventory within 1 hour of tournament finalization. Physical items require a confirmed shipping address and ship within 5 business days.
Can I get a refund on an entry fee?
Entry fees are refunded automatically if a tournament fails to fill within 1 hour of start time. Otherwise, entry fees are non-refundable once the tournament begins.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Danger Zone → Delete Account. You'll see a list of blockers (active tournaments, pending orders) that must clear before erasure can complete. Erasure runs 30 days after request — cancellable any time before then.
